Current Titles:
Obtain detailed information about the current owner and all outstanding interests in the property, such as mortgages, caveats, easements, and builders’ liens. Simply provide the legal description (plan, block, and lot) or municipal address for the search.
Historical Titles:
Discover past property ownership records with our Historical Title service. You may need to provide the reference title number, owner’s name, or legal land description.
Document Copies:
Easily order photocopies of documents like easements, utility right of ways, mortgages, and caveats. We will need the registration number to process your request.
